Scanno saw the laying of the first stone of Albergo Roma in the second decade of the 1900s. Initially conceived as a private residence, it quickly became a hotel. The Art Nouveau style that characterizes it, and which made it the most modern building in town at the time, has remained unchanged over the years.
Just a few hundred meters from the center, it enjoys one of the most scenic views of the old village and the valley below.
