What are the check-in hours?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

The hotel does not have an elevator, but the stairs are very comfortable.

Does the hotel have private parking?

The hotel does not have private parking; however, there is ample public parking available nearby.

Is it possible to pay upon arrival?

At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total stay price will be required, which will be paid in full upon departure.

Can I book for just one night?

During certain periods of the year, a minimum stay is required.

Do you accept gift boxes/vouchers?

We accept bookings with SmartBox gift vouchers, subject to availability and specific conditions during the relevant period.

Are menu changes available in case of dietary restrictions?

Upon prior notice at the time of booking, the restaurant menu can be adapted to accommodate any dietary requirements.

What are the cancellation policies?

Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival.
For cancellations made between 13 and 5 days before arrival, the hotel will issue a voucher equal to the deposit paid, valid for use within 6 months.

Do children have to pay?

Children do not pay up to 6 months of age.
Children up to 2 years old stay free on a B&B basis if no extra bed is required. For half board, a fee of €10 applies; for full board, €20.
For stays with an extra bed, a 50% discount applies for children up to 12 years old, and a 30% discount for those over 12.
Adding a crib costs €10 on a B&B basis and €20 for half or full board.
