Learning how the Almond 22 brewery was born gives meaning to the avalanche of stimuli that led us to choose these beers as the perfect accompaniment for our dishes. At the first tastings, the pairings practically “composed themselves,” and what struck us was an immediate sense of familiarity.
Needless to say, (like everything you find with us) Almond 22 is an Abruzzese beer, born from a traditional festival in a very Abruzzese village, complete with a timeless atmosphere, a group of youngsters brewing in a big kettle, and a master brewer who didn’t even know he was one yet. Classic things that only happen in Abruzzo, turning a simple tour of villages into a lifelong success.
